What should I do in the event of a breakdown?
If your internet service is not working, see the following sections to perform necessary checks on your home or business internet equipment and network.
Basic checks
Check that all cables connected to the antenna power module and router are connected correctly and securely.
Check different websites or apps to make sure the problem isn't related to a specific website or app.
Check if all devices are experiencing the same issue to make sure it is not related to a specific device.
If only one device is affected, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and your device is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
Restart your devices (computers, tablets, or mobile phones, etc.). This may be enough to resolve the connection problem.
Restarting devices
Unplug the power cable from the router or PoE power module.
Wait a minute.
Reconnect the power cord.
Wait a minute and the service should become active again. In case the procedures carried out did not restore the service, you can check our Facebook page to see if a general outage is in progress. If this is the case, rest assured that our teams are actively working to resolve the problem in order to restore your connection as quickly as possible.
