Need help with your internet connection?

If you're having trouble logging in, here are some simple steps to follow before contacting us:

  1. Check your devices
    Make sure the issue affects all your devices. If another device is still working on Wi-Fi, try disconnecting and reconnecting the one that isn't working.

  2. Restarting your router
    If none of your devices connect to the internet and your home has a Wi-Fi router, please:

    • Unplug the power supply from the router;

    • Wait 10 seconds;

    • Plug everything back in and wait a minute;

    • Check the connection again.

  3. Still down?
    If the problem persists, do not press the “Reset” button on the router, as this may cause additional problems.
